What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept exchanges on ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. Please note that customized, formal, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Given the delicate nature of our hand-woven fabrics and intricate embroideries, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our products to maintain their quality and longevity.
